Welcome to Misokidswear. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products & Pricing

  • All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

  • We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in color may occur due to different screen settings and photography.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • In the event of an incorrect price or product information due to a technical or human error, Misokidswear reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

2. Payments

  • We accept secure online payments through Razorpay, including UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and supported Wallets.

  • All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Misokidswear does not store your card or banking information.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

  • If a payment is unsuccessful but the amount is debited, the refund (if applicable) will be handled as per the payment gateway and bank timelines.

3. Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp (where applicable).

  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

  • Misokidswear reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other legitimate reason. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and courier partner.

  • Customers will receive shipment tracking details once the order is dispatched.

  • Delivery delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing and shipping information.

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

  • Review product descriptions and size charts before placing an order.

Misokidswear shall not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

We carefully inspect every product before dispatch. Due to the nature of children's clothing and hygiene considerations, we follow a limited return policy.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only when:

  • The product is damaged during transit.

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Incorrect size selection.

  • Change of mind.

  • Color preference.

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers, unless damaged or defective.

Damage Claims

  • Damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos of:

    • the product,

    • the packaging,

    • and the shipping label.

  • Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.

Refunds

  • Once the return request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the full payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer product exchanges.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review the size chart and product description before placing an order.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us.

We collect customer information solely for:

  • Processing orders

  • Payment verification

  • Shipping and delivery

  • Customer support

  • Order-related communication

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except where necessary for payment processing, shipping, legal compliance, or as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Misokidswear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
