Welcome to Misokidswear. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Products & Pricing

  • All products listed are subject to availability.


  • We make every effort to display accurate product details, colors, and prices. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings.


  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.


2. Payments

  • We currently accept UPI-based payments only.


  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.


  • Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment.


3. Order Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation message/email.


  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after confirmation.


4. Shipping

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.


  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service.


  • Misokidswear is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. User Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.


  • Misokidswear will not be liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Return & Refund Policy

At Misokidswear, we carefully inspect and pack every order to ensure quality. Due to the nature of kidswear and hygiene considerations, we follow a strict no-return policy, except in cases of damage.

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.


  • No returns for size issues, color preference, or change of mind.


  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.


2. Damage Claims

  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.


  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging are required for verification.


  • Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.


3. Refunds

  • Once the damage claim is verified, a refund will be processed to the original UPI payment method.


  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.


  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.


  • Please review product details carefully before placing your order.


Exchange Policy

  • Currently, we do not offer exchanges.


  • Please refer to size charts and product descriptions before ordering.


Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer information is kept strictly confidential and used only for order processing and communication.


  • We do not share personal data with third parties except courier partners for delivery purposes.
